Client Portal Lines of Service
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving client experience, MPR recently expanded access to our client portal to include Provider Enrollment clients. This upgrade allows clients to view detailed provider information and access essential documentation with ease. Following this rollout, we reached out to both Provider Enrollment (PE) and Primary Source Verification (PSV) clients to understand what additional features would provide the most value. Based on your feedback, we’ve developed several new lines of service – all launching in January 2026!
File Management
We’re excited to introduce File Management, a new feature within the client portal that allows you to upload and store documents securely. These files are accessible only to you unless you explicitly authorize access for your PE specialist. With this feature, you can now keep all your credentialing and insurance enrollment documents in one central, organized location. When accreditation auditors arrive, you’ll be able to quickly retrieve everything they need—right from the portal. There is no storage limit, so you can upload as many documents as necessary.
Group Portal Access
In response to several requests, we’re also launching Group Portal Access—a solution designed for medical groups that aren’t directly contracted with MPR but have providers listed on PE and PSV rosters. This new service provides groups with a customized version of the client portal, giving them access to important provider data. They’ll be able to view reappointment dates for providers credentialed with our PSV clients, as well as insurance enrollment updates for those affiliated with our PE clients. Additionally, the portal shows which MPR team member is managing each provider’s file, making it easy to know who to contact for updates or questions.
License Applications
Starting in January, MPR will also offer support for license applications. A dedicated specialist will be available to manage both initial and renewal applications for medical licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, and malpractice insurance. If you need assistance with other types of applications, let us know—we’re happy to work with you to meet your specific needs.
Hospital Privilege Applications
We’re also expanding our support for hospital privilege applications. Whether you’re applying for privileges for the first time or completing a reappointment, MPR now has a specialist ready to handle the process on your behalf. We can act as your delegated credentialing contact for the MPR application or assist with applications for other hospitals and facilities.
